Yoga for Beginners

If you have never tried yoga this series is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses. Beginner level/Basic.
The beginner class series introduces fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.
This Level 1 Beginners class is a 6 week yoga series and will:
1. Introduce to basic yoga postures
2. Teach you how to breathe
3. Help you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice.
You will learn alignment in seated, standing, lying poses in a comfortable, relaxing and safe environment with Margie Colbourne.
