Postnatal Yoga (4 Week Series)
Friday Mornings @ 11am from March 17th - April 7th
This class is beginner friendly and suitable for all abilities. There will be a focus on healing common postpartum ailments.
Mommas should only attend once they have completed their 6-8 week OBGYN checkup and feel ready to return to light physical activity.
Join us in this baby friendly class made just for new moms! This gentle vinyasa class will give you the space to explore your postpartum body, meet some new mom friends and allow your child to socialize outside the home.
